Cities and towns
- Porthcawl, near Trecco Bay Holiday Park. Porthcawl is a traditional seaside town with several beaches, including two with Blue Flag status. As well as the beaches there is also a grand pavilion, fun fair and many bars and restaurants.

- Gower, between Trecco Bay and Pendine Sands Holiday Park. A finalist in ITV's Britain's Favourite View, the Gower Peninsula is famous for its award winning beaches and unspoilt scenery. Spend the day enjoying it's many walks along coastal paths.
- Carmarthen, near Pendine Sands Holiday Park. Carmarthen is a thriving commercial centre with old and modern shops and an indoor and outdoor market. Visit nearby Llansteffan with it's pleasant beach and impressive castle.
