Bonfire on the beach

We had a terrible journey across to Pendine - Nov 4th torrential rain but about 1/2 hour away from the site the weather suddenly changed. Caravan was excellent on arrival and soon warmed up. Woke up to beautiful blue skies and sunshine the next day - walked on the beach, went into Tenby - a lovely little place.

That night we were treated to a bonfire and 25 mins of wonderful fireworks on Pendine beach, we then went for dinner at the pub, lovely food and service. We went home the next day really relaxed and wanting to return. A memorable short break we will set our standards by in the future. Thank you !

Halloween

Had a fab weekend, we had so much fun even though the weather was bad. The only thing that we thought could be improved was the size of the swimming pool. The troupers were excellent; a good time was had by all.

Pendine holiday

Hi, we are the Davies family and were treated to a holiday at Pendine Sands by my mother. My husband had not had a holiday since he was 4 years old he is now 39! We decided on Wales because of the beautiful scenery.

We arrived at Pendine and were allocated to our caravan, the caravan was very clean and very spacious and we had a lovely view of the hills and the cows from the caravan. The entertainment was very good and also the cash bingo, my three teenagers really enjoyed themselves to. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return in the future.

Great time

We had a great time as a family and the 4 year old adored Sid and Lizzie and we thought the park was great. Good facilities, a great pool and a wonderful beach on the doorstep. Caravan was very clean and comfortable.

BABS

Had a super weekend at Pendine. So lucky with the weather - sunbathed on the fabulous beach on Saturday OCTOBER 1st . Visited the Museum of Speed which houses ' Babs'!

The sports car which broke the land speed record but subsequently crashed and the driver killed. Also Malcolm Campbell memorabilia. Really interesting. Drove along the coast road, through Amroth, Saundersfoot, etc to... Read full story »

The sports car which broke the land speed record but subsequently crashed and the driver killed. Also Malcolm Campbell memorabilia. Really interesting. Drove along the coast road, through Amroth, Saundersfoot, etc to Tenby. Lovely ride but roads somewhat difficult! Lovely journey to Pendine Sands, through Brecon Beacons, but very slow.
