A really enjoyable holiday, lovely park, staff always very friendly, park, duck pond and swimming pool were great facilities to have. The beach being just a short walk away was fabulous too.

The park as a whole is beautiful, the receptionist was lovely. There could be more facilities for kids like a soft play, mini golf etc but having the beach helps of the weather is nice. We were incredibly disappointed by the swimming pool. The pool itself and the changing rooms are very clean however the system to get it was rediculous - to just have to stand and wait for an unknown time and see if you get in on the next set of coloured wrist bands is not very good for the customer, especially when you have children waiting for half an hour/45 minutes to get in. It really needs to be bookable sessions. When we asked about the procedure no one seemed to know, then the bar staff went to speak to the life guard who told her one thing then told us something different. The attitudes of the life guards were appalling. When we asked about the system to get in he said and mentioned that it wasnt ideal 'Well it works for us' That might be the case but there were a lot of people complaining that they had waited on several days and left both times as they hadnt got in after 45 mins so it clearly didnt work for the customer. Also when we did get in the staff were walking around the pool like prison wardens with radios (We use radios where I work so I understand how they can assist) However they were abusing this and using them to make offensive and rude comments to each otherabout people in the pool, they seemed to think this was highly amusing. This is not good when people in swimming pools have little clothing on and have children with them and gave us all a really uncomfortable feeling.
