Fantastic place to visit. Well set out and hay barn was great for the children. Thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Had a fantastic day out at Manor Farm, we visited a few years ago before it was taken on by Anna and her family the improvements they have made are amazing. Both of my children enjoyed the interaction with the animals and we all enjoyed the park in general it is clean and spacious. My only quibble was the cafe was a little expensive as a round of coffees cost us more there than at Starbucks!

Probably the best day of our holidays was spent in Manor Park - a great day out for the whole family. There was so much for the kids to do - leaping off the hay bales, digging in the sandpits, climbing trees, playing on the space hoppers and bikes in the huge gardens, and of course, feeding many of the animals. Gift shop and cafe both very reasonable. Well worth visiting

My thirteen year old granddaughter had a great two hours cantering on the beach. She couldn't stop talking about it. Thank you Ogmore. (Oh, The King of Ogmore Castle wasn’t at home. Sad!!)

Brilliant. Our daughter had the time of her life her on her 9th birthday. The people who took them out were amazing. Thanks so much for making this her best birthday ever.

A great day out for the family. Very educational and the play areas are safe and clean for your little ones to burn off their energy. The close encounters are great for families to get up close to the animals. There is a good selection of zoo animals for all to see. Plenty of refreshment and toilet outlets and great for disabled and pushchair access.

Added by Sharon Emmerson-Coy on 13/04/2012 22:36:06

Fantastic day out no matter what the weather. The indoor fair was brilliant and it had the biggest indoor climbing area and ball park for all ages. Plenty to see and do outside from the zoo to farm animals and play areas. Good interactive things for the kids to try. The food halls good value for money and the gift shop stocked with excellent range. Great value for money.

Added by Hayley on 06/11/2011 00:44:18

Love this place and so do the kids. I love the fact that you can use your Tesco Clubcard vouchers to help with the cost, they have everything to spend the whole day there. The kids love seeing the animals and feeding the goats and if the weather turns out to be rubbish there’s always the funfair rides plus the indoor free play area for the kids to go and play while you relax.. Bargain!!

Added by Julie Cousens on 04/11/2011 20:40:02

It’s a fantastic day out. Been before, the kids wanted to go back as they really enjoyed it before. I have recommended it to anyone who has got kids.

Added by Sue on 01/09/2011 22:16:33

Folly Farm was fantastic value. Our group ranged from a 5 year old to a 62 year old (me) and we all thoroughly enjoyed the day. The weather was kind to us but with the indoor vintage fairground it wouldn't have mattered too much. Plenty of facilities, the animals were great as was the train ride, the big wheel, the helter skelter etc. Nice shop and cafe too. The entry fee was very reasonable.

Added by Mrs C, Co Down on 31/07/2011 01:11:17

We thoroughly enjoyed a family day out in Folly Farm. Don't be fooled by the name, it is so much more than a 'farm'. Animals to see and feed, but also endless fun to be had in the outdoor play areas, sand pits and parks, and if the weather isn't great, there's loads to do indoors - fairground rides, stalls etc. Wonderful gift shop, many items very affordable too.

Added by Pauline Clarke on 10/07/2011 00:26:25

Really enjoyed it! It did help that the weather was lovely so spent most of our time outdoors. Plenty to see and do and my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it.

Added by Hazel Logan on 06/07/2011 19:37:35

Good value for money whatever the weather!

Added by The Colbourns on 15/06/2011 14:25:21

We had reservations about the high entry price but it proved excellent value for money. This was without doubt the best attraction of its kind we have ever been to. It's like several different attractions rolled into one and we absolutely loved it. Thoroughly recommended.

Added by Potts family on 09/06/2011 22:16:05

A must for anybody visiting South Wales, really good value for money but expect to pay a bit more for the indoor rides or the original funfair rides like the caterpillar, dodgems, waltzers, merry-go-rounds penny arcades etc.

Some from the 1920's all at an extra 50p a token but hey it cost us £34 and we even used our Tesco vouchers so not bad at all, oh and there are giraffes, lemurs, camels and more.

Added by Mrs B on 16/04/2010 09:54:46

We love this place and visit at least once a year. Plenty to do for all ages and feeding the goats is a scream but be carefull you do get covered in milk!

Added by Carol Reid on 31/07/2012 11:53:53

A fantastic day out for all the family. We spent a good 4 hours there. A bit pricey on some of the attractions (no concessions), when you are paying for 5 but on the whole a good day out.

Good fun for all and only cost is for parking

Added by Pete on 31/01/2013 12:24:32

A fantastic attraction within Margam Park. Basically an assault course in the trees, you get fitted with a harness have a safety brief and are then free to explore the canopy on Zip slides Tarzan swings and rope bridges. About 3 hours of fun.

Added by Heather on 25/07/2012 19:50:14

Excellent walks around the park and the little train was running the day we went. Great day out, for less than £4 car parking – bargain.

Added by Clare on 20/03/2012 20:05:44

Went there out of season when not everything was open but still found loads to do and see. Can't wait to go back in the summer when it's fully open as we enjoyed it so much. Something for everyone and fantastic value for money!

Added by Sian White on 17/01/2012 08:42:32

Visited the Margam County Park while on a long weekend break from the West Midlands, there were six adults in our party and we all thought this attraction was amazing.

We all have Welsh backgrounds and we really enjoyed seeing how our ancestors lived. We could remember our own grandparents living in a tiny two up/two down house with a kettle hanging over an open fire and an outside 'loo'!

Added by Sam on 22/07/2011 19:07:21

Such a brilliant place to take children. There is a farm, train, playground, the mansion and fairytale land all for the price of £3.40 car parking, excellent value a great day out.

Added by Jane on 29/06/2011 18:11:24

Have visited here many times and have always found something else to enjoy. Take my dogs and they enjoy the walk even if on the lead. Find it very well maintained.

Added by Mrs B on 16/04/2010 09:52:57

This is a fantastic place even if the weather is not great. They have a train ride which my children enjoyed and plenty of land to burn off some energy. Great Place.

Added by Lisa on 04/08/2012 09:16:20

My family and I really enjoyed our day out here. The house and grounds were beautiful.

Added by Chris on 02/09/2011 22:01:35

Free Activities included a ghost walk around the castle and willow weaving! Even though it rained we spent a few hours here, cafe good, toilets clean, will definitely revisit.

I went to see all the entertainment!

Added by Potts family on 09/06/2011 22:18:37

For the money (Tesco vouchers) it was absolutely brilliant for top rides and fast, some very good water rides including "drenched" 100+ foot drop coaster. We found it a tad dated in places but did not spoil our day.

Added by Chris on 02/09/2011 22:04:33

Our second visit here. A great day out. Diving was new to us. Whole family enjoyed the day. Something for everyone!

Added by Anna on 31/08/2011 16:42:38

Great day out and good value for money with the voucher from Trecco Bay Holiday Park - Excellent roller coasters and not too much queuing.

Added by K Paterson on 16/04/2010 13:57:06

Great theme park, even better when you get in for free with your tesco clubcard vouchers!
