Staff are very polite & friendly. We used the accommodation as our base to explore the surrounding areas and did not use any of the park facilities.

No facilities were opened as to why I've rated it 1 as we didn't get to use them. Staff were great! DVD player wasn't working bad they brought up a brand new one in the box down two seconds later. Highly recommend and would go back again!
