The park is in a perfect location close to the beach and a short walk into town. The accommodation was perfect and you can bring your dogs. The Restaurant was the worst we have ever encountered. Avoid it at all costs. The food was poorly presented, and on the whole almost all tinned or processed food and of very low quality. The prices were very high for such slop. Compared to Parkdeans Tummel Valley restaurant it was miles apart. The swimming pool and sauna were both excellent. Some of the staff were blunt and unhelpful but some were great so a mixed bag. Overall we enjoyed our break but was badly let down by their Restaurant and entertainment bar which had dirty lines on the beer making it sour and a waste of money. Enjoy the location and avoid eating or drinking here as they have no proper Chef or Cellar man.

Wetest week of the year

We visited Nairn Lochloy in August 2014. The weather was not the best and we finally got to see the beach on our last evening of 5. Will definitely come again as the beach was long and beautiful with a great view.

We stayed in our own tent and my only criticism would be that the grass needs re seeding as it was very bald and pebbly.

The swimming pool was lovely and warm and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. Can't wait to go again.

We've been coming to Nairn Lochloy for almost 20 years and will continue to come back time and again because we love this little corner of Paradise!! We used to say we couldn't understand why everyone thronged down to Cornwall because we feel that Nairn and its environs far outrank Cornwall not only for its natural beauty, fabulous climate [YES!!! in Scotland!!!!!] the close proximity to observe a wide variety of wildlife in their natural habitat whilst being able to relax and enjoy a 'home-from-home' holiday within stylish, well-kept surroundings. The park has just undergone a very tasteful upgrade and staff are just as friendly, helpful and welcoming as they have always been.

The van we stayed in was a Lewis model which suited our family group and was sited directly behind the sand dunes much to the delight of my three young grandsons, at home with the bunnies! It was delightful to observe their antics at fairly close quarters, and also to note the many species of wild birds.

Great time

Many thanks to all the staff at Nairn (especially Andrea and Jackie) for making our holiday such a wonderful time. From a beautiful caravan to very polite and helpful staff everything was just great. Also was very impressed with the alterations to the main building.

Relaxing break

We have had a very good time in the north of Scotland exploring the beautiful countryside and beaches from our base at Nairn Lochloy holiday park. The park and caravan we were allocated with was clean and tidy the park well-kept and the facilities were good.
