Only real gripe was the music at night, having stayed at Nairn and Grannies, why can I hear the music at Grannies and not at Nairn? trying to get little ones to sleep with thump thump till 2330 was annoying only when the wind/sea got up was this lessened.

Staff very friendly and helpful at all times.

shop needs to make less of a profit! it is not the only shop in the village! and it is 15 minutes to Tain and value for money or two minutes to the pavilion village shop.

comfort - v good
cleanliness - good+
furniture - v good

Easy to find and brilliant location next to the beach.
Kids enjoyed the playpark, swimming pool and disco.
Didn't try any of the other activities on offer but I was impressed to see a good range of things to do.

Myself and the kids had a brilliant stay, we were lucky enough to get a caravan right on the beach and the view was amazing. The kids were happy playing on the beach and on the playpark most of the time. The entertainment had something for everyone and the little shop had everything you could need at reasonable prices

Elgin GB Family (the eldest child is aged 5 - 14)
staff lacking in knowledge of facilities, overpriced food with a very limited selection, poor children's club timings and duration. reception often left unmanned with residents waiting around to be seen to. No cash back available it shop, cash machine out of order, chip shop doesn't take card payments. Too lengthy a wait for food in chip shop even at busiest time the was nothing prepared or ready. Swimming time allocation too short to enjoy without feeling rushed.
Would recommend coming again to anyone and feel that I have wasted a lot of money and feel very disappointed with the stay.

Chevon McCracken, Customer Service Team Parkdean

Hi Martin.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great time with us and that for the many reasons shared with us, Grannies Heilan Hame wasn't for you.

You've given us a lot of considerations and areas of improvement which we'll ensure is shared with our on park teams also.

Whilst its disappointing to hear that you wouldn't recommend Grannies Heilan Hame, we hope you will consider visiting an alternative Parkdean park in the future.

Best regards,
Chevon

Grannies

We took our campervan to grannies again. Can't really find anything to be unhappy about. The weather was great, the site clean friendly and well organised. The shop well stocked and had the pool to ourselves. Great three days.

Can we go to sleep now!!!

Not at Grannies Heilan Hame. After a full day of entertainment (and Granny JD did some target practice in the clubroom too), swimming, beach walking and playing with other campers it was quite a shock to be asked "can we go to bed now?"

Absolutely loved the place, the staff were so helpful and cheerful, the facilities great (we're more "wild" campers so it was a novelty for us all) and hopefully we'll be back for a longer stay later in the summer.

I also had a reunion with an aunt I haven't seen for 53 years who came and had coffee in our ancient van in really dreek weather, the icing on the cake really.

Next time hope to venture off the camp, but not too bothered if we don't - always have to leave something to do next visit!!!

Back, time and time again....

The site staff are friendly and willing to advise on local places of interest. The site itself is remote, which although doesn’t sound child friendly is set up so everyone of all ages, physical ability, and interests are taken into account. A small pool is well staffed and clean, a sauna, sunbed (if that takes your fancy), a basketball/ tennis court, a lovely kids play area, crazy golf.

A beautiful unspoilt beach within access ( and seals and dolphins have been seen here). Staff can’t do enough to enable your stay here is the best it can be.
