Been here plenty times and always enjoy the location of the park but the bar and club have Edinburgh prices and we're relatively empty even though there appeared to be plenty people in the park.

Reception staff were quite uninterested. Entertainment staff fantastic. Restaurant staff really slow and didn't seem to have very good awareness of what to do next, without being asked.

Aberdeenshire GB Couple
It had everything for all the family and we are planning on bringing our grandchildren in the future and will take advantage of everything the park has to offer. This time we were here for a retreat and therefore just used the caravan and spent a lot of our time out and about walking and exploring this wonderful area. The beach was exceptional and the view from the caravan was so lovely and relaxing. It was also very peaceful and quiet.

Good all round apart from problem with caravan toilets and no bedding in the twin room until we went to reception to get some.

We had a lovely few days, enjoyed the food, accommodation and setting. The park is fab. The only improvement I could suggest would be rides or something more suited to younger children in the arcade.

Our girls had an amazing time! Which in turn makes us happy.
Only gripe is the cost of food and drink. It is on the expensive side. We would have ate out more had it been cheaper

Wifi could have been better. Food and service in the function room was very good. Everything was served very quickly. There is plenty to keep children occupied.

Beautiful beaches

Once again a great holiday for us & the kids. Camped right next to the beach where the kids spent a lot of the time. Entertainment fab for the kids as usual, both day & night & can't wait to return. Such a beautiful place in Scotland.

The touring facilities were excellent with toilet block very clean and conveniently sited for the tourers. The site has grown dramatically since our last visit but has not been at all detrimental to the site. Embo village has also grown and the locals are very welcoming. If you have a dog you couldn't find a better site with a designated dog walk but also miles of beach to wander.

way up north

While touring the north of Scotland we booked into Grannies Heilan hame a great clean welcoming site and at a price that was great to pay for.

Friendly staff always hard working about the site away from the noise of traffic and a great location for the north of Scotland attractions we will be back.

Grannies

We took our campervan to grannies again. Can't really find anything to be unhappy about. The weather was great, the site clean friendly and well organised. The shop well stocked and had the pool to ourselves. Great three days.

My husband, daughter and sister and I spent a wonderful weekend in our well-appointed and cosy caravan.

Comfy beds, great self-catering facilities and the bonus was the view. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda, even in the rain.
