The staff here were very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Meghan was very helpful and courteous and very cheerful. Would definitely recommend this park for a family break

staff lacking in knowledge of facilities, overpriced food with a very limited selection, poor children's club timings and duration. reception often left unmanned with residents waiting around to be seen to. No cash back available it shop, cash machine out of order, chip shop doesn't take card payments. Too lengthy a wait for food in chip shop even at busiest time the was nothing prepared or ready. Swimming time allocation too short to enjoy without feeling rushed.
Would recommend coming again to anyone and feel that I have wasted a lot of money and feel very disappointed with the stay.

The thing that concerned me most & I wanted to let you know about, was the main building. We went into the building on our first full day to book a table for dinner, this took us past the gents toilets - the smell of urine coming from the toilets was ridiculous. This was in a room with a pool table that adjoined the restaurant & the whole room smelt of it. It put us off completely so we didn't book a table - in fact, we didn't use any of the facilities in that building. Which means that we didn't spend any money in the park, other than to rent the caravan - a situation which I'm sure will be unsatisfactory to you.
