National Fishing Month at White Acres
From 17 July - 15 August the angling community will be celebrating National Fishing Month with a host of regional and local events. Taking place at the start of school summer holidays, it is aimed at encouraging holidaying families to get involved and try their hand at casting off.
To promote the sport, White Acres Holiday Park is offering anglers the chance to win a free 1 hour tutorial from one of the top anglers visiting the fishery during National Fishing Month, when you book a 7 night holiday commencing between 17 July – 07 August.
Two winners for each week will be selected at random! The winners will learn to cast off with tuition from some of the country's best anglers at one of White Acres' 13 coarse fishing lakes set in 184 acres of stunning countryside in Cornwall.
From tuition and coaching to demonstrations and expert advice, White Acres has events planned throughout the month to ensure that you get all the tips you need to be a star angler. Also, take part in the prize giveaways to win some top angling gear.
Angling is a sport that is accessible to all ages, genders and ability which is why we have dedicated the entire month to the sport at White Acres Holiday Park. Parkdean has invited some of the top brands in angling and their sponsored anglers to encourage its visitors to get involved:
