Hayling Island

First time we visited Hampshire, excellent place to stay and value for money as well. During planning our break we had problems finding a place to stay for the week until we found Parkdean Holidays.

We did a lot of site seeing and travelling around the local area.

Hampshire itself is a lovely relaxing and quiet place for a short break away from our busy city of London.

We would like to thank everyone for a brilliant holiday especially the entertainment staff for making my 3 kids James, Vicky and Colin feel very special!

Even though it was quiet it was probably one of the best holidays we ever had, the kids have never had so much fun. A brilliant holiday enjoyed by all.

The entertainment team made this holiday great for us and our two children! Anna, Rhianne and Stevie T were the team at this park! Maxi and Millie were good for the children too!

There is plenty to do the park and plenty outside the park too! We definitely will return here. Staunton Park is worth a visit too. A great family day out.

Hayling Island is very good for younger children & adults, lots to do for a day out. Havant market was good lots of shop, Eastcote by train for Funland, Boat Market on every Wednesday.

Portsmouth has lots to do, for a fun day out go to the Spinnaker Tower first as if you leave it till later in the afternoon the queues get big for the lift up and down!

The night life was good and so were the entertainment team and other staff. Weather was good all week hope to see you all soon, from the Dawkins family.

Our Stay At Hayling Island

Enjoyed our stay very much, the park was fairly quiet which is what we wanted, and the staff were both friendly and helpful.

We were well situated to jump on the motorway for days out to Isle of Wight, Bournemouth, cycling in the New Forest and a variety of theme parks/zoo/farm attractions in both Hampshire and Dorset. The caravan was basic, which is what we paid for, but comfortable and well-equipped.

On the Island itself, there were many child-friendly pubs, a small fairground and play area on the sea front which kept the kids occupied on the evenings as we didn't stay on the caravan site. I would recommend to any family for an enjoyable stay.
