Lots to do, the Top Gear experience and Motor Museum were great as were the Tapestries in the Abbey.

A well laid out, spacious park with the emphasis on conservation and rejuvenation. The covered viewing areas are great for wet days and there is plenty to read about the animals. The tigers, lions and cheetahs are worth the full entrance fee without the abundance of meerkats and a huge herd of giraffe. And ‘Cafe Graze’ produces much better than average fodder.

Had a wonderful day out at Paultons 'aka Peppa Pig World' despite the rainy weather. Lots to do for young children and the queues weren't bad considering it was a Saturday during the Easter holidays. Not a place to take older children though as the rides are pretty tame and more geared towards little ones. Can't wait to go again!

Fantastic day out! Went with our 3 year old daughter for Peppa Pig World, 01.10.11. Was the weekend of the Indian Summer so queues were at least 25 mins long for each ride, so didn't have time to visit the rest of the park, but worth a return visit. Thoroughly recommended!

Park was great! We took 3 kids down especially for Peppa Pig World. I would recommend it to anyone with young children. Very entertaining. Even us adults enjoyed it.

Excellent. Went primarily for Peppa Pig world to entertain 6 children under 4. They were delighted. The park and facilities were spotless and all the rides easily accessible (out of season visit though). I will definitely be visiting this park again. Outside of the 'kids' rides there are some exciting adult rides which will keep the older kids amused. Only down side - paying £20 for tall 3yr old.

Nature/ Adventure Spinnaker Tower
Breathtaking views from the top of Portsmouth's tallest landmark

If you haven’t seen the South Coast from the Spinnaker Tower, you haven’t seen anything yet! Soaring 170 metres above Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent, the Spinnaker Tower is taller than the London Eye, Blackpool Tower and Big Ben and has already established itself as a new national icon for Britain.

A truly magnificent experience, the views are amazing and the staff so well informed and helpful. A MUST if you are in Portsmouth.

Visited the Spinnaker Tower on two occasions. Spinnaker Tower, so good we've been there twice! Wonderful views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight from the viewing platform. The Gunwharf Quay is also a pleasant and vibrant shopping area with plenty of eating/drinking establishments.

Fantastic! The views were great and very educational as well with the "personal recorded tours". A shame there weren't any steps to climb up like on the Eiffel tower, but the Plexiglas floor made it excellent!!!

Added by Mr R Stewart on 22/06/2011 22:11:37

The website for the Spinnaker does not do it justice as the surrounding area is one of the best harbour fronts I've experienced being full of restaurants shops etc. The views from the tower are spectacular and well worth a visit. Cafe is expensive though. Our 6 yr old G/Daughter loved it as well so don’t be afraid to take your children. Highly recommended.

Excellent viewing point and easy to find, really enjoyed the experience.
