We know that the fun isn’t just kept on park too, so you'll find lots of things to do out and about, from theme parks, zoo's, and museums to beaches, kite flying and bike rides through forests and countryside. Families with Teens

During school holidays at selected parks, older kids aged 10-15 can ditch the parents and hang out with friends, trying out some pretty cool stuff (which parents would probably love to join in with...) from learning to make animated movies, sports challenges and the Parkdean Wow Factor talent show. There's no pressure to join in - if you'd prefer to hang out with friends we've got the perfect facilities for that too, from amusement arcades, pool tables and sports courts.

Our swimming pools are great fun for family and friends, and there's plenty of opportunity to try something new too. Learn to surf at our on park surf schools, try your hand at scuba diving with our PADI instructors, or take part in our All Together Active programme featuring archery, fencing, football, street dancing and more!

There's plenty to do out and about too - with awesome beaches, thrilling theme parks and a whole host of zoo's, aquariums, and animal parks for great fun days out on your family holiday.

When we arrived there were entertainment passes for only half of our party at reception and on arriving at the caravan bedding for 2 of our party was missing. None of the beds were made up. When we asked at reception for more bedding (on our way to eat at the restaurant) we were asked to pick up the duvets and take them back to the caravan ourselves! Obviously our party of 8 didn't want to do this and we were then told that maintenance staff would do this. Which they did. We booked Grannies Heilan Hame as we knew there was entertainment but this was an oxymoron as what was provided was utterly appalling. We left a day early, only staying 2 nights rather than the 3 we had booked (and paid for). Very disappointed as we have stayed at this park many times but the attitude of staff and the "entertainment" needs a complete overhaul before we would ever consider returning.

Some of your office staff need retraining.I booked my holiday on the 7 the April 2017 and was allocated Teviot 318 , however I found out you could book a particular accommodation by paying 20 pounds extra ,which I did on the 30 May ,booking 339 , as I had been there twice before. When I booked in on the 20 th Oct ,found out I had been allocated 325 by an arrogant & rude member of staff. When I queried this I was informed you could not book a particular accommodation, only the area . I had opted for 339 as my wife suffers from COPD & I am recovering from a broken leg ,twice, & a knee replacement.

We had a lovely time. It was the last week of the season and the park was preparing for shutdown. They started running out of some meals and beers by the Wednesday and the siop on site had next to nothing left on the sunday (our 2nd day of holiday).
The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We were booked in to your Mullion park but were told it was closing a week early. Holywell Bay was the closest you could put us in. This caused a lot of inconvenience as Gary was walking the coast path and it was around the Lizard. This meant an hour's drive to drop him off and back to the caravan then an hour's drive to pick him up and an hour's drive back to the caravan. We were extremely disappointed as we passed the supposedly closed Mullion park on numerous occasions to see that a big "We are open" sign was outside. We are getting close to retirement and were looking to buy a caravan and have used Gary's walks to try out different sites and brands. Your brand was, until that weekend, top of our list but no longer as we feel very let down and lied to.

We like staying with you and would happily stay again.

The caravan we stayed in this year was not so practical:

Pale light grey carpets when there is so much mud around is not practical we had to puts lots of newspapers down on the floor to protect the carpet.
Small felt doormat, a quoin one was needed so that you do not step mud into the caravan, at all, even though we took our shoes and trainers off, it was still getting into the caravan.

We would thoroughly recommend having bicycle hire on site, as it saves us brining two cars to take the kiddies bikes and tricycle's with us.

Lovely park with amazing views of the beach and sea and fabulous amenities. My boys loved the soft play area and with it being part of the pub/restaurant meant we could relax slightly and still see them! All the staff were extremely happy and helpful even though they were working between Xmas and new year

The Selsey caravan was awful. So small unable to dress in bedroom. No socket at all in bedroom.Mouldy shower.Reported very dangerous loose oven shelf which fell down in use with all the food spilt. Not addressed.Stained mattress cover over dirty mattress.Stained duvets.Everything really old.Sofas like rocks. The result of complaining was suggesting we pay another £40 to upgrade and a cleaner go in.No further cleaning done.Abismal.
On the positive side a lot to do in the area.
