Good entertainment

The Holiday caravan was a really high standard with all the right equipment in the holiday home the entertainment at West Bay was super.

The entertainment team Caroline, Emma, Kat and Chris all cheered up my holiday even though half the entertainment was for kids to judge. I think Caroline Wallis especially works extremely well with kids and I think she enjoys it which is a good thing.

Especially on the last night when they were making the whole room roar with laughter and having fun with the little kids. Thanks to the entertainment team for making my holiday special.

An excellent two holidays!

We have stayed at West Bay for two separate three night breaks this year at Parkdean and both times we had a fantastic time. The caravans were clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

There are lots of activities both on and off the park to keep the kids busy. Crabbing and fishing from the harbour wall, nice beaches, fossil hunting. The kids loved Tree Tops grove and the evening kid’s entertainment.

The location is perfect if you want to just stay in West Bay as we did, or use it for a base to explore the West Dorset coast. I would fully recommend both West Bay and Parkdean and will be coming back next year. Well done!

A great welcome and a fantastic holiday

After driving from over 7 hours to get to West Bay the great welcome on arrival made us at ease right away. The site was excellent and is very close to the village making getting about easy with or without driving.

To top things off nicely there was a spectacular firework display on the Saturday night whether it was put on by Parkdean or by someone in the village it was awesome and set the week off well. Then to make it all perfect you even lay on lovely weather most of the week too.

A grandparents thank you

We have just returned from West Bay and can only say thank you to all the staff. Our grand children aged 5 & 3 had a simply wonderful time.

They played, swimming was a delight, and nothing was too much trouble, all in total safety and a very clean environment. Congratulations you have worked hard to reach this standard and it really shows.

Absolutely beautiful

April 2010...we've just got home from our trip. Just had to say how beautiful the setting is and how CLEAN everything was...the showers, toilets (cleaned TWICE a day!!).

The launderette was lovely as was the swimming pool...my children thoroughly enjoyed bumping into Maxi at the pool! The "Big" breakfast at the restaurant certainly lived up to its name and was beautifully cooked.

My first time under canvas...and my last...but I'd visit again in a heartbeat...in a caravan. Extremely friendly and helpful staff...with a sense of humour...WELL DONE WEST BAY we look forward to visiting again!
