Warmwell Holiday Park is set in beautiful surroundings in the heart of Dorset and offers a number of fantastic attractions which keep our customers coming back every year. One of those attractions are our 3 fishing lakes, one for specimen fishing and two for pleasure.
We even have our very own tackle shop for all your fishing needs.
The shop is stocked with all the top brands including Preston Drennan, E.S.P ,Sensas, Nash Peltzer, Mossela, Leeda, Gardner and Solar.
It's open everyday so you can always pop in for top information on the fishing, ie where to fish, what to use and when. We also do tuition for the first time angler and the youngsters once a week and we stock all the baits, bollies, maggots, worms, ground bait and meat you will ever need!

This lake is 2 acres in size and holds 150 carp ranging from 10lb to 28lb, also bream to 8lb and tench to 7lb.
It has two islands within easy reach, so there are plenty of features to fish. It also has some nice quiet backwaters, where those big fish can be lured out from the many features...
This is a horse shoe shaped lake with 10 pegs, it has been restocked with 1000 carp that average 1lb and a good number of bream, tench, roach, rudd and perch ensure the action is non-stop.
The carp can go to 15lb in the horseshoe so get your bait right and keep those lines tight to reel them in...
This has just been restocked with 3000 carp, which average 1lb. The carp go to 17lb so do not fish too light!
The lake also contains a large number of quality bream which average 2lb, there's also a good number of roach/rudd so this is an ideal place to take young anglers for their first fish...

3. Everyone must have a landing net and a foam unhooking mat at your peg on display (or you will be asked to leave the lakes)
4. Barbless hooks only
5. No night fishing
6. No tins or bags at peg all bait must be in boxes
7. No litter to be left on lakes

Warmwell Holiday Park offers a great range of competitions giving all
levels of angler the chance to come and compete against each other at
our great on park lakes.
We also offer tuition days for the young anglers aged between 5 and 14
years old so nobody has to miss out on the fun. Matches are open to all
residents at the park and we have prizes on offer so come and try your luck!
Every Tuesday at 12 o clock for one and a half hours we are running tuition for children aged between 5 and 14 years old to come and have a try with the pro fisheries team, it maybe your first time or you just need some pointers to improve your catch rates!!!
Everyone that attends will receive a certificate and a free rod + reel to show they have been fishing, this will be presented on Friday night in the Alpine Club. Please sign up for tuition at the tackle shop and afterwards you may want to enter our resident match on Thursday in which we have a junior section.
