Trade & Settlement, Combe Martin

Moderate, mostly on footpaths and farm tracks however with some tough patches.

Taking in the sights of the local scenic farmland, the spectacular church and also the prehistoric effects on the landscape from the Iron Age through to the Norman's.

Start - Kiln car park | Finish - Kiln car park.


A Coast in Conflict, Ilfracombe

Moderate, Coast path and public footpath. Some rocky, uneven, slippery and muddy patches.

Taking in the sights of the beautiful North Devon coastline, marine conservation area and Beacon Point.

Start - Hillsborough car park | Finish - Hillsborough car park.


Colourful Landscape, Ilfracombe

Moderate to Strenuous, Some rocky, uneven, slippery patches and steep gradients. 5 Miles.

Taking in the beautiful colours and scenery of Devon's countryside and coastal paths.

Start - Lee Cove car park | Finish - Lee Cove car park.


Wembury to Mount Batten Point, Wembury

Moderate, mostly flat how ever to very steep points on the journey. 6 miles .

This walks takes in the sights of HMS Cambridge, Eddystone Lighthouse, Mount Batten Point and a marine conservation area.

Start - Wembury | Finish - Mount Batten Point.


Plymouth Waterfront Walkway, Plymouth

Easy/Moderate, This is a gentle walk, and being mainly on pavement, however some areas do not accommodate wheel chairs. 10 miles. Taking in the sights of Plymouths and heritage and history, including The Vinegar Works, The Docks and larger than life figures of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Start - Admirals Hard, Stonehouse | Finish - Jennycliff.


Dartmouth Town Trail, Dartmouth

Easy, Level with a steep climb. 1 mile.

A gentle walk around the town of Dartmouth taking in historic features of interest, including St Saviour's Church.

Start - Duke Street | Finish - Duke Street.


The Dart Valley Trail, Dartmouth

Moderate to Strenuous, Footpaths, fairly even, occasionally muddy through fields in wet weather; surfaced roads. 9 miles.

One of the area's great walks, this day-long ramble follows the wooded banks of the broad and beautiful river Dart, on a route crammed with gems and jewels of human and natural history.

Start - Mayor's Avenue car park | Finish - Mayor's Avenue car park.


Little Dartmouth and Dartmouth Castle

Easy/Moderate, Coast Path with occasional uneven sections and mud in wet weather, surfaced road and bridleway. 4 miles.

This short but worthwhile walk includes, views of the stunning coast, the history of Dartmouth Castle and the beautiful River Dart.

Start - National Trust car park, Redlap | Finish - National Trust car park, Redlap.


Strete to Stoke Fleming, Strete

Moderate, mostly flat however there is a few steep climbs throughout the walk. 2 miles. This walk take sin the views of the wonderful Devon countryside and coastal paths, with great views of Landcombe Valley and Blackpool Sands.

Start - Strete village centre | Finish - Stoke Fleming.

Easy/ Moderate, Quiet country lanes, public footpath, green lane, and coast path. 5.5 miles. Taking in the sights of the local scenic farmland, the spectacular thatched cottages and also the prehistoric effects on the landscape from the Iron Age through to the Norman's.
