Wet Wet Wet

It was raining when we arrived but managed to stop by the time we left! The caravan was really well equipped and my two grandchildren (aged 6 & 4) were quite happy to stay and play. The indoor pool was an absolute delight.

The staff were all very helpful & friendly.The seagulls having a rave on the roof one morning didn't worry us one bit. We took a trip to Watermouth Castle one day managing to miss the rain. All in all a lovely holiday and I would certainly go back.

Stay at Ruda

We have had two long weekends at Ruda this year; the location of the site is fantastic, right next to the beach. We stay in touring caravan field which is very clean and tidy.

The toilets are spotless; whenever we want to have a shower they are always cleaning them! This place is perfect for families; we hope to squeeze another long weekend in this year!

Great weekends!

Through out the summer months the usual 'posse' of surfing Brummies head off to Ruda most weekends. Every time is always as good as the last. Ruda is kept clean, the shop is always well stocked and the club has a good food menu and good beers on tap!

It's a great holiday park, been doing it for nearly 10 years never been disappointed. If only the surf was guaranteed! Highly recommend it and its only 180 miles from Brum!

Excellent holiday

We visited Ruda in early July 2010, and had a truly wonderful time. The park is lovely and well kept, the staff were very helpful, and the kids really enjoyed the entertainment.

Sid and Lizzie now have pride of place in their bedroom. The beach is just across from park, and is lovely. A few jellyfish, but otherwise great. The surrounding area is also lovely, and the drive into Croyde is stunning.

We'll definitely be visiting a Parkdean site again next year, probably Trecco Bay. But we'll definitely go back to Ruda, as we had such a lovely time.

Fantastic holiday

Ruda Holiday Park is truly fantastic. We stayed in a Clovelly Lodge which was indeed luxurious and I would highly recommend. There were great attractions nearby for all ages. We had three teenagers aged 14, 16, 18 and two oldies to amuse, Ruda and the surrounding area certainly could accommodate us all.We will certainly be returning.
