The swimming g pool complex was dreadful,
Too small for the size of park. The changing facilities were woeful, it reminded me of my school swimming lessons in the 1950s.Too much money making 20p for a locker ,which was not returned. The worst was the use of a giant void plastic ball with a child inside for £3 a session which took up a third of the pool and was in operation even when the pool was packed ,ridiculous.

Hi Raymond,

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.

I'm sorry to hear that you felt let down by the swimming pool and all it had to offer.

I will share your comments with the management team on park for them to be made aware.

I hope that we can welcome you back to Parkdean again in the future.

Kind Regards
Maria.

More lighting, or the lights working around the park would have been helpful, it was hard to see when walking back to the caravan on a night.

The cleanliness in the clubhouse was not great..

The food and service in the bar was shocking, cold only half the meal described on menu was surved.

The service and cleanliness in the fish and chip shop was appalling.. Both the girls who served me looked like they were there under duress especially the one who was doing the cooking..

The Accomodation was great but the site as a whole I feel was let down by the litter especially in the kids play areas.

The park was delightful, the play parks were just right for our age grand children, the swimming pool was a lovely warm temperature ( essential when dealing with small children ) also we found that although it was a park with children,it was remarkably quiet and the views were beautiful,

Wasn't happy with the range of slot machines. Also the chip shop shortchanged us with food that wasn't in the bag when we got back to the caravan.

The staff made our holiday they were extremely pleasant and helpful, when we entered our caravan the heating had been put on for us which was really nice and the next morning a member of staff knocked on our door to see if everything was ok. The site and the caravan was really clean and tidy, it was the first weekend of opening and very quiet. The husband enjoyed the fishing. We will definitely come back again well done.

Value for money and good time

Arrived at the site and was welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. We were offered an upgrade at a very reasonable price and we were pleased that we upgraded to a lodge. It was certainly a home from home, fully equipped and spotlessly clean.

The fishing was 2nd to none, 6 days of great sport.

We will be revisiting and are looking forward to it. Well satisfied.
