at White Acres Holiday Park
We offer a range of fishing permits at White Acres Holiday Park, available every day to buy online or at our tackle shop on park.

Please note: There is a maximum of 2 fishermen allowed in a 4 berth accommodation, 3 fishermen in a 6 berth and 4 fishermen in an 8 berth. Exceeding this can lead to bookings being cancelled so please check the size of your accommodation when booking.
Daily permits (sorry these can't be pre booked)
If you are a resident at white acres and want to try your hand while you holiday with us, this is the permit for you.
These can only be
purchased on park at £10 each
Weekly Adult Pleasure (can be used on all 13 pleasure lakes)
From enthusiastic amateurs to hardened anglers the weekly permit will ensure you can get out on our superb lakes for the length of your stay.
The weekly permit costs £23 pre-booked or £30 to buy on park
Weekly Adult Specimen (can be used on the 2 specimen lakes only)
If you want to try your hand on our two fully stocked specimen lakes this permit is perfect.

Weekly Gold (all 15 lakes)
Perfect for the expert angler in the family, someone who wants to take full advantage of the great fishing we have to offer at White Acres Holiday Park.
It costs £34 pre-booked or £40 to buy on park
Weekly Family Gold (all lakes)
This gold family permit covers for Mum and Dad or two related adults of the same surname and up to 3 children aged 15 years and under.
It costs £45 when pre-booked or £50 to buy on park.
Weekly Family (13 pleasure lakes)
The regular family permit covers Mum and Dad or two related adults of the same surname and up to 3 children aged 15 years and under.
White Acres Fishing Rules
- No Keepnets to be used on any lakes other than organized White Acres matches.
- Fishing permits must be purchased at the shop prior to fishing.
- Please fish on platforms or stoned area provided, NO fishing between pegs.
- No reserving pegs by leaving tackle in a swim. Any tackle found unattended will be removed.
- One rod only to be used on the Pleasure lakes.
- A minimum hook length of 4 inches must hang below your feeder when you cast out.
- All leads and feeders must be free running.
- Please fish in front of you, BARBLESS HOOKS only, NO EXCEPTIONS! Maximum size 8.
- No floating the pole, fishing the rattler or tapping the water or any similar devices.
- No braided line.
- NO CAT MEAT or TROUT PELLET, only 1 kilo of CARP pellet per session.
- No bivvying up on the pleasure lakes.
- Please don’t damage trees or shrubs and remember to treat other anglers with respect.
General information
You must have purchased one of our permits to fish at White Acres. You must also hold a current NRA licence, these can be purchased online by visiting the environment agency website.
Non residents can fish on a Friday & Saturday and it is £10 for adults or £5 for Juniors/oaps. Non residents can fish the pleasure lakes only, the specimen lakes are for residents.
Night fishing & bivving is allowed on the specimen lakes only and it is a maximum of 48 hours on any one peg.
Keep nets are permitted only when fishing a match, you must bring your own though.
Any problems regarding the fish or the fishery are to be reported to the fishery staff. The fisheries team reserve the right to add or alter these rules without prior notice, close any lakes as required for matches, festivals or environmental benefits without prior notice.
During the low season & festival weeks the fisheries team reserves the right to cancel matches, change match days/or combine matches without prior notice.
Please remove all litter from the lake and use the bins that are provided by the fishing lodge or the first bite café.
Please note: White Acres is unable to hire keepnets for matches
