Our 13 coarse fishing lakes provide the tranquillity and choice that will thrill all anglers of all ages and abilities. The highest standards of care and tuition are maintained by Clint Elliott, Fisheries Manager, and his team to ensure great sport for all skills, whether you are a Pleasure, Match or Specimen Angler.

We have over 300 pegs, including wheelchair pegs, spread across our well stocked lakes and have an on park tackle shop as well as weekly resident matches and expert advice and tuition.  With waters of various sizes and depths, you can fish for:

During festival periods, we try to keep plenty of lakes open for those not fishing in our festivals so that there are still lakes available to use during this period. Call 01726 862 526/519 for more details.

Festival and weekly resident matches are subject to availability and an entry fee. ^Limited places, so you may need to be added to the waiting list and then contacted if one becomes available. ^^Anglers must qualify on a White Acres event for the Preston Innovations Festival. Places on the festival cannot be booked.

at White Acres, a fantastic result from an un-fancied peg.

How to enter

During your stay at White Acres you will have the opportunity to fish
one of the weekly resident's competitions

  • Monday: Gold Pool Match - Open to anglers who regularly fish open matches and/or are sponsored
  • Wednesday: Silver Pool Match - Open to angler's who have never won a 30+ pegged open match and aren’t sponsored
  • Thursday: Rover Match - Open to all anglers with special sections for ladies and juniors too

The winners of the weekly matches receive qualification into the Preston Innovations Festival leading to the Parkdean Masters one day final where the top 24 anglers fish for a massive prize of £25,000!

Permits

White Acres is famed for its top quality fishing, everyone's welcome from beginners to experienced. With 13 superb lakes to make sure you get the most from your stay.

Don't forget permit prices are much cheaper booked at the time of booking. Please read the rules & regulations below before selecting permits.

Rules & regulations
There is a maximum of 2 adult fishermen allowed in a 4 berth accommodation, 3 in a 6 berth and 4 in an 8 berth.

  • To fish you must hold a current NRA licence
  • Landing nets are compulsory on all lakes
  • Keepnets are only permitted at matches and you must provide your own
  • Adults are classed as those aged 16 and over for pricing
  • Permits are half price for OAPs and juniors (15 or under)
  • Family permit is for Mum & Dad or 2 related adults and up to 3 juniors
