How can I book my holiday?
There are two ways you can book your holiday:
Online
Why not book your holiday quickly and easily with our online booking system, simply work through the 4 steps and get your confirmation by email.
By Telephone
Our reservations team in Newcastle will be happy to take your booking by telephone on 0844 335 3450.
The booking office is open:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 8.00pm
Sat: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Sun: 10.00am to 6.00pm
We will then send you a confirmation invoice of your booking by email or if required by post.

What is included in the cost of my holiday?
The following are included in the cost of our holidays (except promotional such as Sun Holidays)
- Free gas and electricity
- Free bed linen
Use of park facilities including:
- Free use of swimming pool
- Free family entertainment
- Free entry into children's clubs on park
How and when can I pay for my holiday?
a) By credit/debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo.
A small charge of 1.5% will be made for all payments by credit card. We regret we do not accept American Express cards.
b) By cheque/postal order
Please make your cheque or postal order payable to Parkdean Holidays and write your name, address and booking reference number on the back. All cheques must be received at least three weeks before the start of your holiday; any holidays booked within this three week period must pay by credit/debit card.
Please note full payment must to be made immediately if you are booking online, we do not offer a deposit for online bookings. On all other booking methods money will be due 70 days prior to holiday start date and we do not send out receipts for payment of final balances, unless requested.
c) By BACS
You can now pay your balance using your own internet banking provider. To pay this way, please follow the instructions below...
Log into your internet banking site and follow their instructions to make a payment using the following details:
Sort Code: 20 59 42 Account Number: 53111148 Account Name: Parkdean Holiday Parks LTD
Then enter a reference using booking number & lead passengers surname like this: 123456 Smith
Please note: If you do not enter your booking number and surname we may not be able to allocate your payment to your booking. It may take up to 48 hours to allocate the payment from your bank. Payments must be made 48 hours before due date. Please allow up to 3 working days for confirmation of your BACS to reach you.
What are the benefits of taking Personal Holiday Insurance and Cancellation Cover?
Personal Holiday Insurance
This cover has been specially put together by national insurance brokers Bishop Skinner & Ageas Insurance Ltd and will cover you for:
Cover of your luggage for up to £1,500 per person against theft, loss or damage
Cover of your money for up to £300 per person
Personal liability of up to £2,000,000 for legal liability and property damage
Personal accident cover of up to £20,000
Medical expenses cover of up to £1,000
Holiday curtailment, cover of up to £500 towards travel and accommodation expenses
Your Car Breakdown & Accident Insurance:
To give you added security, you are covered for up to two cars during your holiday.
Cover for up to £300 towards labour charges for emergency repairs or, if your car becomes unusable for more than 24 hours, towards the cost of recovery or storage at a garage
Up to £70 per day (and £600 in all) to hire a similar car to continue your holiday
Up to £40 per person (and £200 in all) for any hotel accommodation, resulting from car breakdown
Up to £2,500 towards the cost of taking a disabled vehicle home or an allowance for one person to collect the car
Your cancellation cover
If you made your booking 84 days or less before your holiday start date or you cancel your booking less than 70 days before your holiday start date then:
If you cancel for a qualifying reason
(a) For bookings cancelled 42 or more days prior to your holiday start date then we will refund all your money (less the Cancellation Cover plus a £40 administration charge).
(b) For bookings cancelled less than 42 days prior to your holiday start date then we will refund all your money less the Cancellation Cover charge and less a calculated deposit (see deposit table below).
Can I take my pet on holiday with me?
You may take your dog on holiday with you in selected dog friendly accommodation. There is a charge of £40 per pet, per week or part week (max two dogs). (Guide Dogs are exempt from these charges and are welcome in all accommodation free of charge.)
Do you accept all male and female parties?
The holiday parks on this website cater primarily for family holidays (With the exception of angling parties at White Acres). Bookings from all female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion. If you wish to book a single sex party you MUST inform us of this and of the ages of all members of your party at the time of booking.
If your booking is accepted we will send you a Booking Confirmation with the details of your party on it. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are correct and tell us immediately if they are not. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation in a holiday home if your party is not the same as set out on the Booking Confirmation.
Do you provide for guests with accessibility needs?
There are wheelchair friendly holiday homes on park which come with the following features:
- Parking outside the holiday home
- Ramp to the doorway
- Sliding doors to each room except the twin room
- Wider corridors
- Large double bedroom with wheelchair access all round
- Bathroom with handrails next to the toilet and a seat in the shower

Can we make a group booking?
We offer a group bookings service for any booking of five or more holiday homes. Please call our group bookings line on 0844 335 3450 for valuable advice on planning and booking your trip.

After you have booked
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
Booking online
If you have booked your holiday online you'll receive a booking confirmation by email within ten minutes of booking. If your booking confirmation does not come through please check your junk folder before contacting us.
Booking by telephone
If you have booked your holiday by telephone you'll receive a booking confirmation by post within 7 to 10 working days of booking.
Can I make changes to my booking?
If you'd like to amend your booking you can call our contact centre on 0844 335 3450.
Can I add extra guests to my booking?
You can add more guests to your booking as long as the maximum capacity of your holiday home is not exceeded. All extra guests must be added prior to you arriving on the holiday park.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of your booking if you have booked a promotional holiday.
What costs will be incurred if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel your holiday you will be responsible for the full cost of your holiday. However if you have bought Holiday Cancellation Cover, you will be covered for these costs depending on when you cancel your holiday and the reasons for cancelling.
What do I do if my contact details have changed?
If your details change prior to your start date you must advise us in writing of your new details to the following address:

Yes holidays may be extended subject to the availability and payment of the new holiday cost.

Tell me about my holiday home
What is included in my holiday home?
All of our caravan and lodge holiday homes include the following:
- Gas fire in lounge
- Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, oven and grill
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Fridge
- Colour Television
- Free gas and electricity
- Free bed linen
- Use of park facilities:
Specific types of accommodation may include additional facilities. Please refer to the individual accommodation descriptions for more information.
Touring and camping pitches include:
- Use of all showers and toilets
- Unlimited hot water
- Use of park facilities:
Do I need to take my own bed linen and towels with me?
All our accommodation provides sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets and covers or blankets. However, we ask that you bring your own soap, towels and other bathroom and kitchen necessities. Please note we do not provide bedding for cots.
Promotional holidays are an exception, there may be an extra charge for bed linen.
Does the accommodation have pots/pans and crockery etc?
All our accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, with cutlery, crockery and cooking implements for all guests in the accommodation.
Can I request to be allocated to a specific area of the park?
All requests are subject to availability, if you have a request please click here to email your enquiry or call 0844 335 3450 to speak to an advisor in our contact centre.
Can I hire cots and high chairs?
Cots and highchairs are available for hire and can be added to your booking for £15 per item. Just add these to your booking when you reach step three of the online booking process.
