Clean caravan and park in nice surroundings, customer service shocking.
Constant long ques for food and drink due to lack of staff serving,
I used the restaurant twice and both times our order was forgotten and we ended up waiting over an hour for our food, when it arrived it was like something from a m way service station, went for breakfast one morning arrived at 10.40 and when It was eventually my turn to be served it was 11.03 and I was told breakfast finished at 11 and there was nothing they could do about it.
Evening entertainment although I didn't go every night what I did see was 2nd rate at best.
Zero mobile phone signal and wifi at park is very hard to connect to, which when you have a business and still need to keep an eye on things isn't ideal.
Hollywell bay park is in a lovely setting with a great beach close by but Cornwall has lots of places like this, if you stay here be prepared to Eat outside the park and make your own entertainment.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.

It's great to hear that you liked your accommodation and the park, but sorry to hear that we didn't quite get everything right on this occasion.

We take great pride in the customer service that we deliver to our guests, therefore, I will now share your comments with the management team on park for this to be looked into.

I hope that we can welcome you back to Parkdean again in the future.

Kind Regards
Maria.

Park was great, fabulous location with a footpath through the dunes to the beach. It's small and quiet but that was a plus point for us, very relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff were very helpful. Our caravan was very spacious and we were comfortable without tripping over each other even with 4 adults and 4 kids. It was very well stocked and neat, tidy and clean.
The niggles are small but the pool area did look a bit scrappy and I wasnt keen on the fake grass as it meant it was constantly wet underfoot. The pull out bed in the living area was very small and not very comfortable, luckily we are fairly petite but it wouldn't have suited anyone of a bigger build!
