Looe Music Festival 2017

When it comes to festivals, the setting can make or break it – and it doesn’t get much better than the picturesque seaside village of Looe on South East Cornwall’s glittering coast. Every September Looe Music Festival descends upon the fishing village, bringing the streets to life with music and the summer festival season to a spectacular close. This family-friendly festival attracts visitors from far and wide to see their favourite bands perform against an unbeatable backdrop.

With the main stage on Looe’s beach hosting world-class acts, as well as many more venues throughout the town hosting more intimate gigs, there’s something for every music fan. 2017 is no exception, with fantastic headline acts due to take to the stage across the weekend from Friday 29th September – Sunday 1st October.

Line Up

Confirmed headline acts for 2017’s festival include The Jesus and Mary Chain, Lulu and Happy Mondays taking to Looe’s mainstage on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Tickets are available for the full weekend or for individual days – so you can fan out over your favourite artist or relax and enjoy the full weekend of festivities.

As well as the star performers, other confirmed acts include; The Undertones, Nine Below Zero, Tankus The Henge, The Membranes, Uncle Frank, The Correspondents, Cast, Reverend and the Makers, Oh Majester, 50 Year Storm, Breaking Trad, Kernuyck, Mike Dennis, Rose Kimberley, Holy Moly & The Crackers, Mr Tea and The Minions, Daytoner, O’Hooley & Tidow and Sound of The Sirens.

This year’s electrifying and eclectic line up is guaranteed to create an energetic atmosphere, whether you’re dancing on the beach or exploring the town’s charming cobbled streets.
